Vouchsafe me speak a word!

My cool cousin wanted magnetic poetry for Christmas, and I ended up getting a version for my parents also. And, clearly, a Shakespeare one for myself.

  1. I ADORE those magnetic poetry kits... my cousin just received a MP (magnetic poetry, not my alter ego... Martha Patrice) calendar(how cool is that??!)

    Great vocabulary builder !!

  2. Love the Shakespeare magnets! I was just in the Globe Theatre a few days ago and they have these great Shakespears magnets - one set for Love and another for insults. Nearly bought the insults for my classroom. I would like to see how long it takes the kids to figure out the meanings. hehe

  3. I saw the shakespeare version years ago and wanted it so badly. I honestly forgot about that set until you posted this! That is definitely on my shopping list now!

When I was in high school, I wanted a magnetic poetry set so badly, but I had no money, and my parents wouldn't buy me a set because it was about twenty bucks. I resorted to making my own out of words cut from magazines, the cardboard from cereal boxes and and thin pieces of magnets bought at the craft store for about 5 bucks. You should look into doing that. It was pretty time consuming, but lots of fun. I plan on doing that again REALLY soon.
